Kinder karate Students should attend one class per week to progress at a normal pace.
Junior, Teen and Adult Students should attend a minimum of two classes per week to progress at a normal pace. Optional karate classes are included as part of your registration fees.

Optional classes are included with your karate registration fees. Optional classes run Sept - Nov and Jan - May of each year. Classes may be cancelled to accommodate CNGK sponsored events.
*Kobudo membership is required for orange belt and up. Students must attend a minimum of 5 kobudo classes in the 10 months before grading to green belt level or above. Kobudo is $5/class.
